Hey! Someone drew this for me. I think it's cool.

And of course…

The Preview (Before Episode Two)
Kale watched as the others glided in and out of the school, frolicking around as if it was a playground. In a sense, it was for them. The kids there weren’t protected. They weren’t properly warned about the things that he could do… The things that his demons can inflict on people…
School would be out soon. Then the demons would really begin to work. But Kale didn’t want anything to do with them. He was tired of watching them as if they thrived off of the little things…
It’s no fun for him to spread a rumor here and to cause strife there. That’s all fine, but there are so much more, complex problems he could be involved in. He couldn’t wait for his opportunity… But there was no such thing as opportunity here. Everyone conformed and followed the crowd. There were no real, original people. There were no lives to ruin and cause havoc in…
The people did that all by themselves. It all but left the higher ranking demon bored and out of a job.
“I guess it’s a recession for real,” he mumbled to himself as he plopped down on something metal. It felt like a dumpster, but either way it made a loud noise.
The unsuspecting boy walking by at the same time jumped out of his shoes and whirled around before suspiciously walking away from the trash can. Kale chuckled and thought about messing with him a little more. The boy couldn’t see him, but he could make the boy literally run away screaming…
Yeah, I need some entertainment.
He hopped off the dumpster and in one swift motion, kicked it towards the boy. The dumpster made a loud scraping noise as it hawked towards the boy.
“What is- AAAH!!!” The boy screamed as he dove into the grass and out of the way at the last moment. The dumpster scraped itself to a stop as it hit the curb, a couple of feet away. The boy did his best girl-in-scary-movie impression and scrambled into the building, yelling for help.
Kale shrugged. It wasn’t as rewarding as he’d hoped, but it was by far the most interesting thing that had happened so far today.
“T.I! Move the can back,” he said as he walked towards where the dumpster was originally positioned.
The Instigator came out of a classroom window. “What?”
“Can. Dumpster. You. Move there. Thanks.”
“How come you can’t do it?” he snapped.
“Because I told you to,” Kale said nonchalantly.
T.I. leaped to the ground and walked quickly towards Kale. “Hey, hold on! I’m not a slave, and I don’t give a-“
Kale glared at him. “Say something I don’t like.”
T.I. paused as he got all the way in Kale’s face. “What?”
“Say something I don’t like, and see what happens.”
T.I. looked around as if he was about to try something and opened his mouth to speak.
Kale scooped him with his right hand, grabbing him by the neck, twirling around in a semi-circle, and slammed him into the ground with force. As T.I. tried to yell in pain, Kale forced his knee into his neck violently. “What was that?” Kale asked. “I can’t hear you.”
T.I. gagged, and Kale forced his knee down further. “Say it louder?”
By now, the other demons were watching, silently. They knew Kale had rank, and they knew who had appointed the rank.
There was no crossing Him.
Somehow, T.I. squeaked out an apology, and Kale grabbed him by the neck, pulling him to his feet. “Try me again, and you die. Now…move the dumpster before I make THEM put YOU in the trash.”
Kale released his neck and continued his walk. The dumpster flew over his head and crash landed perfectly back in its original spot with a loud sound that resembled an auto accident. Without a word, Kale sat back down on it and re-entered his boredom…
…But snapped out of it almost a moment later. Something was different. Kale held up his hand and the demons all vanished from sight just as an angel walked out of the school.
Kale became excited. Angels are only present when they’re on assignment or when they’re protecting someone. Which meant…
“Him…” Kale muttered to himself. Although his demeanor never changed and his position on the dumpster never moved, he was ecstatic on the inside. He had to calm himself quickly. Excitement clouds judgment and he couldn’t afford to mess up one of the only chances to actually fulfill his assignment.
Kale kept his hand up as a signal for his minions to stay hidden. He watched as the angel leaned back against the wall and fell through it. “I just need…a wall…” he heard the angel say.
Kale’s mind began to race. How much does he know? How much does he NOT know?
Kale began to grin as he directed one of his minions to confront. Slowly but surely, most of them began to reveal themselves as Pride, one of his most accessible followers, walked right up to the angel and bumped him.
“…This is our school.” Pride looked to get a reaction out of him. Simple stuff first. No need to bring out the big guns when it’s not necessary.
The angel locked eyes with him for a moment. Interesting… He’s observant… Kale was beginning to see why he was assigned here. This one was different.
Suddenly Pride yelled, and his yell was cut off as the angel brought an overhand hook to his face, crashing him to the ground. Almost instantly Kale dropped his hand. “Handle it.”
T.I. flew towards the angel and rammed into the angel. Somehow the angel stopped himself, and Kale grew irritated at the partial obedience.
He launched himself off the dumpster and into T.I., crashing T.I. into the angel. The angel disappeared into the building and Kale grabbed T.I. as he stumbled backwards from the collision.
“Didn’t I say…handle it?”
“I was about to-“
“No. No. NO. Think, sir. How do we handle things?”
Suddenly The Instigator smiled. “Yes sir. I got it.”
“Now…Go handle it. Report back afterwards.”
Kale ascended to the top of the school as T.I. morphed through the walls to the angel. After setting his feet on the roof, he silently watched the angel’s interactions inside of the classroom. One of the students began to panic at the sight of the angel.
But they’re not supposed to be able to see us…. He continued to watch and listen…
“AIIIE!!!! IT TALKED!!!! OH MY GAAAWWWWD!!!!” …“Milk and cookies maaan!”…“Juggernaut! It’s the Juggernaut!!!”…“I haven’t done anything to you. I’m here to protect you man.”…“I don’t need protection! I’m a virgin, we don’t need those!”
The boy suddenly jumped out of the window, causing Kale to lose his composure and chuckle. “Wow. Well. Look at that.”
He watched as the boy ran into the road, oblivious to the truck speeding towards him. The angel flung himself almost instantly to the boy’s aid and it suddenly made sense to Kale the REASON the angel was here.
A Guardian? Kale spotted another demon speeding to knock the angel away. “Pull back,” he said quietly, masking his surprise. He would’ve thought it would’ve been something different besides a guardian, but nonetheless there were better ways to attack those types of angels.
The words cut through the air, and the demon instantly pulled upwards. The angel never knew he was in danger of failing his mission. Just the way that Kale preferred.
T.I. and Pride met Kale at the top of the building as the truck soared over the boy and the angel. “Can I ask what the hell that was?” Pride all but demanded.
Kale cracked his neck. “No. You can’t. Go find their names-“
“The boy is Juan. Don’t know the name of the angel yet,” T.I. spoke. “How come we can’t handle it now? You have a better idea?”
Kale smiled and watched as the boy and the angel seemed to fight through the audience.
The thing with Guardians is that they don’t care about themselves, but what they do care about is-
Kale didn’t even let his thought finish. “Yeah… I got a better idea. Let’s go find his parents…”
